Points that I learn from Chris Lindner:
1)After a month-long rest or so, to get bck ur climbing form, do endurance-2-power b4 power-2-endurance training. As in more of 15-20 moves fun & easy routes.
2)From point 1, its better to rest for a long time from injuries than to worsen them and recover from them at a much longer time.
3)Competition is actually the least priority in the world. But due to sg culture of gettin sponsorship thru competition, than it speaks otherwise.
4)Lesser intense training is 2 days training 1 day rest, More intense training is 1 day training 1 day rest.
5)Sponsored climbers are not usually paid alot of money. Just enuf to pay the daily needs and travelling fees.
